Haystack Mountain Cheese, based out of Longmont, sources from local Colorado dairy operations to make their incredible cheese. Just to list a few of the cheeses we will carry on board:
- Chèvre (Plain, Herbed, Peppered, Dill)
- Aged Cow and Goat cheeses
- Jack-style cheeses
- Bloomy Rind cheeses
Their cheeses are award winning and their "Gold Hill" aged goat cheese won "Best American Cheese" at the World Cheese Awards in London.
